Our Mission Matters
We are Wasl.
A youth-led movement turning care into action.
We believe that the world doesn’t need more awareness, it needs people who act.
Wasl exists to rebuild our connection to nature, community, and the belief that what we do matters.
Through learning, collaboration, and real-world action aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, young people transform ideas into impact and small actions into collective change.
We don’t wait for permission.
We don’t wait for “someday”
Change doesn’t begin elsewhere.
It begins with us.

🌱 Track Your Carbon Footprint
Spend 3-5 days observing your daily habits (transportation, food, energy use) and reflect on where you can reduce your impact.
Example:
Write down how often you use cars, electricity, or buy packaged food, then choose 1 habit to improve.
🥗 Climate-Friendly Meal
Make one conscious food choice that reduces environmental impact, such as eating a plant-based meal or avoiding food waste.
Example:
Cook a vegetarian meal for a day or use leftovers instead of buying new food.
📢 Start a Climate Conversation
Raise awareness by starting a simple conversation about climate change with friends, family, or online.
Example:
Share one fact, ask a question, or discuss one change people can make in daily life.
🔌Do a “Low Energy Day”
Dedicate one day to minimizing electricity use and becoming aware of your energy consumption.
Example:
Turn off unnecessary lights, unplug devices, and rely on natural light as much as possible.
